Collecting Liquids From Neutral Containers Prompt

Whenever one collects a liquid from a vase or pot that is neutral, the auto-move wont collect the liquids in those containers, and will prompt the user with the “this isnt yours, are you sure?” message even though they aren’t owned by any civilisation.
