<illuminatiswag> relic-granted Light Manipulation isn't counting towards my total glimmer. using the debug options to check internals, the value of LastGlimmer was 7 (the level of my Fugue) before I cooked with bananas for Psychometry, and is now 15 (7 from Fugue + 8 from Psychometry). The relic is the Kesil Face.
