<exsanguination microtubules> If you've significantly lowered the action cost of firing a missile weapon (ex: Rapid Release Finger Flexors + Fastest Gun in the Rust), and you fire a missile weapon that requires a cooldown (CooldownAmmoLoader), such as spaser pistol or di-thermo beam - you can reliably fire the weapon twice in a row before it starts going on cooldown from the first shot.
