<Grace, adequately entropic being> Sometimes a character's Ironshank progression will become frozen for no obvious reason. When this happens, ironshank penalties will fail to progress, even when the "you feel the cartilage stretch" message appears.

In the attached savefile, the player character is frozen at -17 movespeed and +1 AV.

Expected behavior: for a character to lose 6-10 movespeed every 4 days, when the "you feel the cartilage stretch" message appears.
Actual behavior: movespeed loss (and AV gain) sometimes become frozen at a certain stage and never advance.
