<special guest eva problems> the pipes in bep's workshop are stacked in two places (my sawhander and hindren companions are standing on both of those spots) which possibly leads to them breaking. every pipe starting from the left of these double-stacked pipes to the visible ornate potted plant was also broken - possibly because they share tiles with other furniture (three cabinets and a plant). there's no pipe beneath the visible potted plant, which means the pipes don't make a full circuit of the room.
