Trade transaction items lost and doubled after quitting with Alt F4

I traded with a legendary mechanist, moved 3 screens, quit and restarted with alt f4 (covered in spores) and then the merchant and I both still had the items I sold and neither of us had the items I bought (eater's nectar, ubernostrum injector, scrap 5 item, salves x 3)

can't be sure the bug didn't happen before quiting, but the other time this happened also I also noticed after quiting

the save is lost, as I just restarted

Similar maybe same bug but triggered without the alt f4 closing, and I noticed the turn it happened

sold a bunch of books to argyve, tried to buy bounding boots + translucent skin + flexiweave mod, he took the books and my bought items aren't in his or my inventories.

when I hit the o key it didn't work normally. there was no trade confirm prompt or ____ will have to pony up x drams, it just closed. I feels like this might have happened on previous occurances but I’m unsure

after closing it to get the save I tried a purchase and it worked normally

the log just shows him taking my books and no other activity

I bought an electrobow from the joppa droma on this same screen and I got it, and other previous purchases went fine too

save was created before the latest update i think just the previous one. (note I'm running the current version)

tried doing approximately the same stuff I did in the backup save file and that didn't reproduce it
