UI blocking look-space menu

The tooltip "look" description is blocking the menu that opens when you hit space while looking. Makes certain actions difficult, e.g. commanding distant allies.

I've tried toggling a bunch of UI-related settings, but no luck getting the tooltip look working with the new UI.
