<exsanguination microtubules> attempting to dismember an adjacent foe while flying results in the message "There's nothing there to dismember". I would expect either (1) a different message explaining that you can't dismember something while flying or (2) the dismember skill to work while flying

it does work on adjacent creatures that are also flying, this just wants either better messaging or behavior for hitting non-flying enemies with it while flying
