[#beta-bugs] Collect command lacks quantity input

Reproduce

• Have a thermoelectric cell and some empty waterskins
• Go up to a body of lava from eg a lava weep
• Hit space and select “Collect”

Expected

• You are prompted for how much lava you want to collect
• The default is the maximum amount you can collect in lava-safe containers

Observed

• All your waterskins are immediately filled with lava
• Ouch
