Have invading espers not have space-time vortex

I'm doing that mission where you're supposed to hunt down the goatman shaman, the one you get from the warden in Kyuka. My glimmer's pretty up there, and honestly I enjoy the cheesefests between me and the rival espers as we try to out-matrix each other, but those space-time vortexes just.... ain't fair. They spawn it on top of you, then you're shunted to who knows where, use your recoiler to get back to Kyuka, and you have to do it all over again.

I'm all for the glimmer, but it's a trolling hinderance to me more than anything
