[#beta-bugs] Numpad 2 leads to accidental betrayal during Omonporch negotiations

Reproduce

• Proceed with the Omonporch quest to the point where the council is called
• Talk to Asphodel and begin the council
• Hit keypad 2 on my laptop keyboard

Expected

• Depending on whether NumLock is active:

  • The selection cursor goes down to the second option
  • The second option is chosen

Observed

• The third option (betray) is selected

Notes

• I’m not sure whether num lock needs to be engaged for the incorrect behaviour to happen.
• Conveniently, there’s precognition for trying these things out.
• See this save file to easily reproduce the issue.
