Give WV Farmers Rep

The Watervine Farmer calling should include rep with the Farmer's Guild. They start with Joppa rep, which makes sense, but is pretty much useless if you don't start in Joppa. Their description says they start with access to farmer's markets, but I've never encountered such a thing. They do have a farmer's token, which is fairly valuable but doesn't seem to have a use. They're currently one of the weaker callings (possibly the weakest now that Water Merchant has been buffed, but they still have a higher starting SP total), so a minor buff like this would give them something without making the start less challenging.
