<special ghost eva problems> this particular tile of the palladium reef (1 parasang west and 2 parasangs north of the Yd Freehold) doesn't seem to generate as anything. dropping in reveals an empty parasang as though it failed to build, rebuilding does nothing, and the area is simply called "Surface" (rather than the expected "The Palladium Reef, Surface")
