[beta] Villages are not specified by world seed

Game version: 2.0.200.58

Steps to reproduce:

  • Start a new game with a random character
  • Go to the world map and use the ‘villagereveal’ wish
  • Press Esc then 'w' to get the world seed
  • Note position of villages
  • Quit and create a new character with the same world seed
  • Go to the world map and use the ‘villagereveal’ wish, village positions are different

    Based on some theorycrafting in #qud-chat I also tried restarting Qud before each character creation, using all defaults instead of a random character, and using the same name for each character. The villages are still completely random in each game.
