I can't read books? How do I make turn page keys bindable?

I can't read books. I'm playing on a laptop. The options offered to turn pages are 4 and 6, presumably numpad keys, as my actual 4 and 6 don't do anything. I've pressed every letter and number key I have. None of them do anything. I wouldn't care so much if I weren't a Priest of the Sun who spawned with an octillion books, some of them useful; and also if I weren't playing this for the fantastic lore which is often found in books.

Please make these keys bindable!

You can check “Always map directions to keypad” in the user interface option menu. pressing what is bound to eft + right (this will be H and L if you’re using the default vi keys layout) will work to shift between the pages. This also allows you to shift between the menus using Y and U (upper left and upper right)
