Self Cryotube Won't Load

I am convinced that cryotubes of the player are somewhat broken in the current build.

I have delved to a depth of 800 and have seen every type of cryotube in the game multiple times except for the one that is the clone of the player. I've even seen Mehmet about 5 times and that is supposed to be the same rarity as the player clone.

The reason I think that it is actually broken and not just me being extremely unlucky, is that very rarely there will be a deep level that gives the "too much time being taken to build level" message - if I let it keep trying, I get a level that is blank except for stairs and a "possible cryotube" error, and if I stop it early, I get an empty cryotube (not a broken one).

Looking on Reddit, other players have reported the same issue - finding everything except for the player clone in the cryotubes.

Something they've tried but I haven't yet, is turning into a different form and then trying to build the level - they are still getting the error, which suggests that it isn't difficulty in building sufficiently complex endgame characters but rather that there is currently an issue with the player cryotube at all.
