<CrypticCritter> The stairs from the folk catacombs up to the incinerator area in the Tomb of the Eaters had a deep shaft spawn directly over it, causing the player character to fall to their death as soon as they climbed the stairs. (Quitting the game and reloading my save fixed this, unsure of why)
