Game Freezes on Map Travel

Not sure what is causing it, but the game freezes anytime I try to move on the world map. I've reloaded several times, and also manually walked to a new parasang a few different times to see if that fixed the issue but no dice. I've also tried recoiling to a few locations and travelling from there - no change. No idea what caused it to start. Only other detail I can add is I just turned in Decoding the Signal and got a quest to go to Omonporch.

It only affects one character - other characters and new characters don't have this problem. This is the best character I've had so I'm really hoping to fix it rather than just start over.
