Allow kaleicodera items and mirrorshades to be modded with refractive

The tiny 1-2% refraction chance on kaleicodera items and mirrorshades prevents them from being modded with refractive. Given that this chance is essentially zero, would it be possible to

remove the refraction altogether (probably a buff overall) or make the refractive mod override that natural reflection?

Refractive is one of a very small number of decent mods to apply to cloaks, so it would be nice to reward being able to tinker endgame gear.
