Fungal infections and Cloaca Surprise interaction

I had Waxflab on my hands slot (I believe hands granted by multiple arms mutation) and ate Cloaca Surprise. This gave use of my hands slot back, but I appear to still have all the bonuses and -2 quickness from the infection, and it can't be cured using the spray bottle.
