[#beta-bugs] Regenerating villages - random village quests never complete

Hello, Here and there I've been having some issues with a random village I visited regenerating with new npcs and layout each time i visit. This means the village quest I had gotten previously never completes. In the current game, I've gotten a third quest from the same village of 'Arvanwan'.

Mods I have enabled: Hexagun, Saving Joppa, 1% loot drops, Stilt Merchants, Mangrove Visibility

If this happens to be a mod conflict then I apologize for taking up your time. I forgot to disable them before starting playing the beta.
