[modding] Feature Request: Customizable random names for Genotypes and Subtypes

Currently, random name generation is handled in a hardcoded way in XRLCore.GenerateRandomPlayerName.

It would be nice to be able to specify what kinds of names get generated for specific Genotypes/Subtypes in the XML instead.
