spawning in gyl with friendly faction creatures

the first time after i completed tomb of the eaters and recame at gyl there was friendly birds in the box with me and i thought it was because i had good reputation with birds but, as I later found out, it was just a bug and they were just normal lake hinnom spawns

idk it would just be a cool little thing if a sultanate era faction creature spawned in the box with you kinda like how the cherubs guard over the tombs
