All of Qud wants oil for water ritual

I metamorphed into an albino ape, and chatted with a legendary chromeling who required oil in the salt mashes (but didn't actually do the ritual)

Then I went to Joppa. The warden attacked me and almost killed me, so I unmorphed. Then I talked to him, and he wanted oil for the water ritual. The elder wanted oil for the water ritual too, as did mehmet. I decided to go to kyakuya for the first time in this save, and sure enough, everyone there who's water ritual-able wants oil for the water ritual too. All of Qud wants oil for the water ritual, and now I do too.
