swimming in deep dirt path warning / stuck in active effect swimming 2.0.203.19

Walking in Joppa shortly after start, warned about to enter a deep dirt path and start swimming, as if I were about to enter deep water. It only occurred along a narrow, short stretch of dirt (but not the entire dirt path in Joppa). Not long after, I was stuck in the active effect of swimming when walking on land, so I could not make camp. Did not have any saves but after the run I started a new game and could not reproduce the issue. Player log and screenshot included.
