no word wrapping in game options menu w/o addl user interface elements enabled 2.0.203.19

in game options without additional user interface elements enabled, menu option descriptions that hit the edge are cut off instead of wrapping to the next line. this happens in full screen or windowed regardless of the resolution, and always cuts off at the same places.
