Chat and Harvest have same highlight letter in context menu

When examining a harvestable plant via Ctrl+Space, you can attempt to "chat" or "harvest". But both use the same quick key, and "chat" is higher up on the list, so trying to single-keystroke your way to harvesting ends up with the player trying to chat up a (typically nonresponsive) plant.

Fix should be as simple as assigning a different highlight letter / quick key for "harvest" that doesn't clash.
