Turret's Water Ritual is water (not oil)?

world 45ad2632-6ff6-4aa2-9cc3-54f3ad91905a , the village of Ekabal (halfway between Lah Beh and Six Day Still) 's leader is a turret and wants water, not oil, and this seems off?

villagers are forced to have water water rituals no matter the creature (under most circumstances) and im pretty sure this is intentional

This isn't a bug, this is the village's signature liquid of water overriding the turret's preference, but since everybody is just going to keep reading it as a bug it's fixed anyway in the next update.
