Certain trade goods are arbitrarily unable to be sold

I have over a hundred gemstones of different types. Many of these gemstones are arbitrarily set apart from the rest of the stack of its own type, as if they were damaged and in need of repair. Nothing is worng with them and they cannot be fixed. The larger stack of gemstones does not appear in the trade menu, making them nothing but dead weight. This makes it exceptionally difficult, if not down right impossible, to purchase the Otherpearl.

this is probably all working correctly, temporary gemstones etc, but really need a save file to understand the circumstances
