<sweet bea (the bird u love)> just noticed something wacky about "Pax Klanq, I Presume". i was able to get the quest from Barathrum and head straight for Klanq (I knew the method previous to this). i completed 'spread klanq' and returned, unable to turn in the quest.

UNTIL i realized, i hadn't talked to Q Girl. so i was able to convince klanq of the plans without ever handing them over. (after talking to Q Girl, the progression flags proceeded normally, and I was able to go to the tomb just fine.)
