Found odd weapon named blade of maskanume

I don't know what's up with this item. I haven't modded the game. It was dropped in the deep jungle by a goat. The item can't be interacted with normally, activating it from the menu will equip it with no other prompt. I was able to read the item's description only by attempting to sell it, where I can see it has a unique description and gives +50 move speed, so it isn't a normal relic. I assume this isn't meant to be in the game right now? Also the description has a typo and incorrectly uses the conjugation it's instead of possessive.

I just encountered this in my vanilla game as well, stable branch. It was dropped by a trash abbot in level 15 baroque ruins, which I reached via teleport gate. I can provide the save if helpful.
