<Rogibivv> As long as you have completed the step "Find 200 feet of copper wire" of the quest "Weirdwire Conduit... Eureka!", you don't actually need the wire to be in your inventory to complete the quest when you return to Argyve. This is a minor bug, since most players wouldn't think to drop the wire.
