I think theres a few moments when your main questline can completely vanish into obscurity without the next step appearing on your log.

One definite example is after turning in the autobot quest to Otho, he says to speak to him again about the signal.

Well I didn't speak to him again (I think I save quitted after the reward and didnt come back to the game for a couple of days) I then spent several days without a clue how to advance the main quest.
I think the game needs to log that you should speak to Otho again.

I think there was another example like that before which made me search for a guide (forgot where), but I think the game would be better if the guide felt less necessary.
