<vincent> off the top of my head i was thinking perhaps that some wishes could prompt you to confirm you really want to spawn x or do y, like "wishing for that will cause x to spawn, are you sure?", if it's a wish that's not a recognised command and drawing from the object blueprints/mutations, but i'm not a coder so i don't know how complex that would be in practice
