<Esper> Whenever i install an Anomaly Fumigator, it comes toggled on and refuses to be toggled off. One time it started working properly after i closed and opened the game, but this time it refuses to turn off completely. I've tried manually disabling it in the ability menu, hotkeying it, and clicking on it in the ability bar.
