Give an option to have merchants recharge all cells in inventory instead of only one by one.

An annoying thing about this game is having to scroll down all the way to the bottom of the page every time you want to recharge your recoilers. I think it would be great if there was an option with tinkerers/merchants for “recharge all cells” or something like that. You hit it one time and all your cells are recharged for whatever net water dram amount it costs. Or even if there was an option to pick all the cells you wanted to charge before hand if you didn’t want to charge EVERY cell.
