Consistent use of the Space-Time Vortex mutation seems to pick out a zone or zones to frequently return to, and this appears to be connected to a bug that I believe was previously reported where stepping on a vortex in one of these selected zones would do nothing (no travel, vortex just moves away).

For context, prior to the video I went through a portal that spat me out at what I would mark as "Vortex Exit"

0:15 - Go through portal, note as "Vortex Exit"
1:35 - Go through portal, visit "Vortex Exit"
8:50 - Go through portal, visit "Vortex Exit"

Ultimately four portals led me to the area noted as "Vortex Exit" though one does not appear in this video.
