    This appears to be because DeepCopy() defaults to CopyEffects: false, so broken and rusted effects aren’t copied on objects in an Evil Twin’s inventory. Either calling DeepCopy(CopyEffects: true) when making an Evil Twin or overriding allowCopyOnNoEffectDeepCopy to return true on Broken and Rusted would probably fix this, but I’ve yet to test it.

    EDIT: This also appears to apply to copies created by Temporal Fugue.
