<Lucy, Friend to Fungi> Temporary Drops of Nectar (such as those thrown by Evil Twins or Shade Oil Overdose clones) can be used to gain the "+1 to all 6 stats" bonus permanently
The easiest way to prove this is to have one throw an entire chest at you, take several drops from within the chest, and abscond far enough to cook the drops
