I'm using the most current version, the hotkeys were working in this menu up until very recently

I just saved and exited completely, reloaded the game+my save file, and was having the same issue. I went down one level to do some shopping, then came back up and re-checked, and now my hotkeys are working??

I believe you but I can't reproduce this with this save.
