Cant Open inventory

When inventory is over a certain number of items, maybe 20 (opening the items from chests in joppa is enough to trigger it) i can no longer open inventory. the screen flashes like its trying to open but it never actually opens. Makes the game pretty much unplayable. Tried changing hotkey and re-installing multiple times.

This is probably some mod, but can you send a save file to [e-mail] that’s having the issue?
