Similar to the issue I raised recently about finding the Ruin of the House of Isner by accident. I don’t really understand the devs' stance on this; after all, many other secrets (like village locations, dromad traders, weeps, etc.) are revealed by stumbling on them. Seems clear this one should be too.

This happened to me once too. If you can’t find the Hydropon again, try water-ritualling wardens; they’re usually willing to tell you its location.
