Game crashes on world creation

If I make a new character and change anything after I already pressed "next" the game will crash after I pick a starting location. Example, if I wanna change the class after I'm already in the attributes or mutations screen the game will crash once I try to actually start it by selecting a starting village.

Bug happens on patch 2.0.203.49 GOG but it used to happen in previous versions as well.
