<yaodema> taking a hookah causes you to also smoke from it. This is performed through the space menu, targeting the direction the hookah is in, then selecting "get" from that menu. the hookah must have fresh water in it still.

the taking is not necessary. hitting space just both opens the interact menu and smokes from the hookah
