<yaodema> "Full" being the standard >75 to 100% charge term for energy cells is misleading and unintuitive, can lead to frustration when e.g. using a fidget cell to fire a recoiler and having it fully discharge to no effect. This also affects other forms of energy charge. Suggest reworking how charge is reported to have Full and equivalents be similar to Perfect for HP.
