Won’t be able to add this until the next time we break save compat.

In the meantime, you might be able to get some mileage out of the Manager field, which mutations etc. use to mark body parts as their responsibility.

Currently I’m checking if Manager is set and doesn’t end in ::change, which appears to cover all cases of mutation-managed limbs except stinger/bilge sphincter tails.
