Windows 10 Steam Game Version: 203.51 No mods

Crash when interacting with objects or people. Last time happened when interacting with a shrine near Jopa and when trading with Tam.

What I tried: Verify files, create a new game, use a different character, disable steam overlay, run the .exe outside steam.
