Allow buying of chimeric limbs directly for 4MP when you run out of mutations

I originally wasn’t going to suggest this out of technical concerns, but a long campaign of getting so many limbs that my body plan spans 7 pages has led me to believe that allowing you to buy additional chimeric limbs for 4MP when you run out of mutation options to buy is not a horrible idea after all. Things seem to run fine, and can you really ever have enough Upper Right Hand-Pinnule Antennae? I think not.
