<Ashe-No-Longer, Legendary Seeker> Relic books being marked as important by default means they will not automatically be in the list to offer to Sheba when donating books to the library. However, only getting the messasge You have no books to give. when this happens is vague and confusing, because the player didn't assign the important tag themselves and thus will likely not know the reason why the book cannot be offered to Sheba.

Fixed in 203.53, should correctly differentiate between player marked items vs system marked items and use new message if those're all that's left.

System marked items'll confirm their use same as before when quest or storied.
