-savepath command line argument always adds a '\' at the end of the path on steam deck

Issue #6717 resolved

When overriding the standard save path using the -savepath command line argument, the path gets a Windows '\' appended on steam deck (and probably other Linux systems too).

e.g. when using: -savepath "~/Sync/CavesOfQudSaves" the save folder became "~/Sync/CavesOfQudSaves\" (a folder named "CavesOfQudSaves\")

e.g. when adding the '/' at the end: -savepath "~/Sync/CavesOfQudSaves/" the save folder became "~/Sync/CavesOfQudSaves/\" (a folder named "\" inside a folder named "CavesOfQudSaves")
